Salt Pt. started in 2015 with a dedication to sourcing high quality, responsible food and making it accessible through meat shares, pop-ups, and campfire cookouts. All of our proteins and produce come from 50 miles outside the city limits of San Francisco. The farmers and ranchers we work with are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality, honesty, and responsibility to the animals, the consumers, and the environment.
GIOVANNI BETTEO - Butcher/ founder
Giovanni is a fan of cooking outdoors, using only a campfire as a kitchen. Whiskey, Neil Young and a campfire are the three staples of his preferred evening of cooking.
STEFANIE HODAPP BETTEO - founder
Stefanie handles production and front of house management for all events and pop ups. You'll likely find her on site stitching table linens and listening to Hank Williams.
Claire koerschen - operations
Claire manages all logistics and operations coordination for events and pop ups.
